What to expect
On the day
This event takes place in person. Doors open shortly before the advertised start time, and a member of the college team will meet you on arrival — you do not need to find your own way around.
The session is led by [SESSION LEAD — TO BE CONFIRMED], with [NUMBER] supporting staff. Where the event involves practical work, groups are kept small so that everyone gets individual attention, and all clinical activity is supervised by a qualified practitioner.
We do not photograph or film attendees without asking, and we do not pass attendee details to anyone else. See the privacy notice.
What to bring
- A notebook if you want one — notes are welcome, and slides or handouts are circulated afterwards where the speaker uses them.
- Layers: rooms vary in temperature and some practical sessions take place standing.
- Nothing else. There is no charge and nothing to pay on the door.
- Travel details for the venue, which are set out below.

Accessibility at this event
We want people to be able to attend without having to ask twice. Because venues differ — and because some of our events take place at external venues we do not control — access is confirmed for each event individually. Tell us what you need when you enquire, and we will check it and confirm in writing before you travel.

Booking
Book a place: Spring Open Day
There is no online booking system and no card payment on this site. When you submit the form it checks your details in the browser, then opens your email app with a message already written, addressed to the college office and with the subject line set to “Event booking: Spring Open Day”. Nothing reaches us until you send that email.
This event is free. If a fee is ever involved we will tell you in writing before you commit to anything.
Places are confirmed in writing, usually within [XX] working days. If you have not had a reply, please contact us again rather than assuming you are booked. The booking deadline for this event is [DATE].
Access requirements
If you need anything to take part — a step-free route, reserved seating, materials in large print, or someone to meet you at the entrance — put it in the message and we will confirm what has been arranged before the day.
